Return & Exchange

●Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if any query with your purchase please reach us at 9811448971 or WhatsApp Logo , however, returns and replacements will be at the discretion of  Bunkraft (V2G World LLP) only.

●Also please note, for products bought from Sale section, the return policy is not applicable.

●No Return or Exchange for Customized products. All customizations will be only on Prepaid basis.

● You can raise return or replace request for the product within 48 Hrs after the date of delivery as per the return pick-up policy in any of the below-mentioned conditions

  • The product or its quality doesn’t match your expectations.
  • The Product has a genuine quality defect or damages like manufacturing defects, damages done during transit, etc.

● All items must be received by our warehouse within 10 working days of requesting the return. We will refund the amount post deduction of Bank / COD charges. You have to ship the Order back to us intact with tags or chose our courier service than a reverse shipping fees will be applied 

●We will issue a refund for the cost of the goods if the product is damaged.

●The product can’t be returned after it has been washed or used.

●We offer our customers a convenient, hassle-free, Return Pick-up policy.
